Artichoke leaf
The artichoke leaf, whose Latin name is "Cynara scolymus", is from the daisy family. Its homeland is Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. It grows naturally in the Aegean, Marmara and Mediterranean regions of our country. The hard body of the artichoke is corrugated and quite strong. It is a perennial herbaceous plant with long, oval, and segmented leaves without sessile leaves.
