CLOVE (Eugenia Caryophyllus)

It was first found in the Moluk Islands. The clove tree stays green all four seasons and can reach 10-20 m in length. Clove flowers are named because they have a similar odor to Clove spice (Syzygium aromaticum). Its homeland is Indonesia and it is used as a spice in all world cuisines.

METHOD OF OBTAINING:

It is obtained by the distillation method from the seeds of the clove tree.
