Arifoğlu Siirt Pervari Karakovan Filtered Flower Honey
As a catch, it is called a closed hive, that is, KARAKOVAN HONEY, because it stays closed for a long period of time, such as 6 months, and does not see as much light as the head of a pin.
An important feature of Pervari Karakovan Honey is the honey that it produces without any intervention, either in knitted baskets or in caravans made by carving the inside of a 1-meter long, 30 cm thick round carved mulberry tree.
For this reason, since the bee knits its own honeycomb, its honeycomb is also extremely healing.
What makes Siirt Pervari Karakovan Honey so special is undoubtedly its high mountains and rich vegetation.
The district of Pervari has mountains as high as approximately 2400 – 3000 meters. Even its air is a source of healing, with its rich streams, plateaus, and plains containing thousands of plants.
Beekeeping in this environment and the bees fed from these plants produce the best quality honey in the world for us humans.
It was obtained from natural honeycombs in Pervari district of Siirt province.

It is not recommended to feed honey to babies under 12 months old.
Unsuitable for infants under 12 months.
Since it is natural, it can crystallize. You can consume it as it is, or you can defrost the jar by keeping it in water at 45oC until it dissolves. Store at room temperature (18-24oC).
In time, the diastase value decreases HMF value increases. Protect the product from heat and light in order not to accelerate these changes.
