Rosehip (Rosa canina)
It is an effective drug that has been used since ancient times. They are dried fruits with ripe seeds collected in October and November of the wild rose species. Fruits can be consumed fresh or dried, by making jam, sherbet, compote, jelly and marmalade. It is widely used in cosmetics, creams, as well as oil and fruit, especially in winter. It is a thorny tree, 1.5 - 3.5 m high, with drooping branches, bush-like. The leaves are compound, with 5-7 leaflets, green or dark green in color and toothed margins. The flowers are bare coat, white or pink, bloom in May and July, have a light but pleasant fragrance. It grows in forest clearings, along roads and ditches. It is a common species in Anatolia. It is a plant that can grow even at an altitude of 1600 m. The homeland of the plant is known as West Asia and North West Africa. It ripens in autumn. Other names; dog rose, wild rose, wild rose, rose nose, rose apple and dog nose.

USAGE: Put the bag in your cup or teapot, add boiling water and let it brew for at least 3-5 minutes.
