Fried Potato Spice 90g

Ingredients: Dried garlic 22%, dried onion 12%, sweet ground pepper, black pepper, hot ground pepper, dried parsley, salt 3%, natural corn starch, vegetable oil (sunflower), turmeric.

How to Use: As soon as you take the fried potatoes out of the pan (or deep fryer), you can use one teaspoon of Arifoğlu Potato Seasoning by sprinkling or smearing it on the potatoes. In addition, our recommendation for use by cooking is to Mix 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Arifoğlu Potato Spices and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and blend them with potatoes cut in the form of apple slices.

Recommended for: Baked potatoes, french fries, potato pies, potato croquettes, mashed potatoes, ravioli (hingel), potato salad.

Baked Potatoes (4 Persons)

1 kg of medium potatoes is cut into apple slices. Mix 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Arifoğlu Potato Seasoning and 3 tablespoons of oil in 1 bowl. Potatoes are blended with the mixture and placed on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.

Mashed Potatoes

3 potatoes are boiled, peeled, and mashed in a bowl. In a pan, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of salt are mixed with the potatoes and the cooking begins. 1 tablespoon of Arifoğlu Potato seasoning, 1 tea glass of milk, and 2 slices of cheddar cheese are grated and added to the potato. It is mixed for a while. When the mixture becomes smooth-homogeneous, it is taken to the serving plate. Optionally, it is garnished with parsley and pickled cucumbers. Enjoy your meal.
