“Chia seed”, which means “energy” in the Mayan language, is a plant species belonging to the mint family. Thanks to its rich protein, fat, and fiber content, I can't get enough no matter what I eat! It is an indispensable food in diets for those who say it is easy to mix with other foods, adding flavor to foods and being very healthy.
Banana chia pudding recipe:
2 cups almond milk
6 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
You only take 15 minutes to prepare and you don't have to worry about cooking. You end up being patient for half an hour and you get a happy ending spoon by spoon.
How is it done?
Take a medium bowl and add milk and chia seeds into it and mix well. Close the lid of the container in an airtight way and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. At the end of half an hour, you will see that the chia seeds absorb the milk and the mixture becomes gel-like.
